Small business owners can often benefit from sharing ideas with groups of like-minded professionals with similar organization types and challenges. NWCG offers several options that provide professionals with opportunities to meet and grow together. Groups are small and facilitated by an experienced small business or executive coach. Topics are developed with input from group members. Groups meet 1-2 times per month. Commitments for these groups range from the single event (planning) to six months.
Renewable each quarter. 20 sessions per year. These groups are designed for entrepreneur executives that want regular support for goal setting and accountability and who may work in isolation. They share ideas on common business challenges and often form relationships that benefit each other. Most businesses are actively and rapidly growing their business.
